WINTER ELOPEMENT
Lapland, Finland
High above the Arctic landscape of Levi, in Finnish Lapland, where fjells rise in the distance and snow sparkles beneath the winter sun, Euge and Kevin from Argentina celebrated an unforgettable elopement weekend inspired by the magic of the Nordic winter.
Shimmering snow, frozen forests, and the quiet stillness of nature. Every detail reflected the setting: menus with delicate foiling inspired by sparkling snow, moss-toned stationery echoing the deep greens of the forest, glass details catching the light like ice, and a bouquet in soft natural tones drawn from the Arctic scenery.
Instead of arriving by car, the couple travelled by reindeer sleigh through the snowy wilderness to the top of a fjell. There, waiting above the treetops, was Niesti, a private venue surrounded by untouched snow and complete silence. In this remote setting, Euge and Kevin shared an intimate ceremony just for the two of them, exchanging heartfelt vows with only the Arctic landscape around them.
Later that evening, their closest friends joined them for a private celebration atop the fjell. A five-course dinner prepared by a private chef featured local Finnish ingredients and flavours, served by candlelight inside a small wilderness hut. As night settled over the landscape, moonlight reflected across the snow and candles flickered against the winter darkness, creating a calm, dreamlike atmosphere.
The next day brought a lighter, joyful ending to the weekend as Euge and Kevin spent the afternoon skating together on a small forest ice rink and soaking in the beauty of Lapland one last time.
